“ Oh! Five stars! five stars! The loveliest sweetest hidden gem! Perhaps because I was not exactly expecting anything— but o my goodness! We arrived at the place only to grab a few drinks quickly— my mum and sister ordered their warm cups of coffee— seeing that it was a little café with people frequenting it every hour, my expectations for the quality and quickness— if you will, were just alright... but then they all came at once and the quality was so beautiful I then felt compelled to buy. I ordered the iced horchata; my first time to taste it! and o! it was simply lovely! it was my first time, mind you, so if I give it too high a rating, I beg your pardon. We hurried down after (we did a takeout order) as we intended to go to the market but seeing that the weather threatened rain— my sisters and I once more tramped up the stairs into the little café— this time to grab a luncheon. If we had brought more money along with us, surely we would have ordered the whole menu. Once again, there barely was any waiting time as we also had the beautiful, gloomy, and cosy ambience (the cathedral steeples, trees, and mountains blending into the distance out the window) and the loveliest vintage books to keep our attention to! I picked out Ivanhoe which I was very willing to pay a million pounds for (it was donated) seeing that it was a beautiful kind of tattered and the specific edition I didn't know existed but now need! If I were not an honest person I would have snuck it home! Thrn the food arrived— I had sipped the last of my horchata, regretting the fact that I had not saved it for my luncheon. My sister and I split the pesto sandwich and salad! Another thing to recommend! The servings are generous! I was too taken with the ambience that I really wasn't expecting anything better! But taking the first bite of my meal! O! All the food was divine! Or rather, more specifically, the pesto sandwich! How crisp the bread was, and the pesto texture was beyond perfect! Oh! I will never forget this little gem! Ah! And the food was plated so beautifully! The service was top tier! The kind and lovely ladies were all on foot, attending quickly to all the customers I would make the long 5 hour journey to this shop every single day if I could! Please forgive this poorly written review! This place is rather ordinary but I never steer from home, and I have not had the fortune to go to fancier places. I am writing from the very depths of my heart. I do not understand what I have written! and how my phone lags due to the length of this review! That is how much I love the place! And so, au revoir! Please give this little gem a visit! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ”
“ Located just in front of the Baguio Cathedral. Has a great view. Food and drinks were adequate, nothing special in my opinion. But the staff was accomodating. ”
“ Overall: super love the ambiance of this cafe! Pro: Ambiance and look of the interiors - I love the bookshelf where you can pick any book to borrow and read while you’re in the cafe, the view of the cathedral is also nice Con: Pricing - This is just me being nitpicky since I have in mind the prices of coffees in Manila, its a little expensive for the regular size (I ordered a regular caramel macchiato for 170), still made up for it with the taste so its okay Overall would like to come back again and try the different items on the menu ”
“ Delicious espresso beans! Got the keto coffee and the egg-in-the-hole sandwich. Great food, service with a view! ”
“ A nice café near the Cathedral. I dined here while waiting for the next mass. I tried out their Cafe Latte and Sweet and Sour fish (it was Ash Wednesday so it was nice they had this option). Both were good. I appreciate the big portion of serving..it can be enough for two people. There’s a nice view and also some books which you can borrow and read. ”
“ Great service, good food, and great coffee. We ordered 4 different meals at a pretty affordable price. Only complaint is one of the meals came later than everyone else's (bout 15 mins later). But would still highly recommend! ”
“ Nice small cafe, you can borrow books and read them while sipping coffee. My son enjoyed reading some of their children books. There was a lot of fat portion on our Tocino on our 2nd visit. ”
